Invitation for Responses to Request for Information
Urban Renewal Authority Central Oasis Project ("the Project") aims to revitalize the former Central Market building as well as providing greenery, a public rest and leisure area and other uses in Central to serve the public community at large.
The Urban Renewal Authority ("the Authority") invites submission of responses to the Request for Information from parties interested in the Project.
Interested parties are invited to submit their responses to the Authority by completing the Proforma contained in the Request for Information Brochure for the Project in the manner described below. The Request for Information Brochure and Proforma booklet can be obtained upon request at the Authority’s office or downloaded from www.centraloasis.org.hk.
Interested parties are invited to submit their responses marked "Confidential" and labelled "Responses to Request for Information for Urban Renewal Authority Central Oasis Project" and addressed to Mr William Wan, Director (Property & Land), Urban Renewal Authority，26/F，Cosco Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong on or before Thursday, 16 February 2012.
Those wishing to make enquires are requested to contact Mr Bruchi Nam，General Manager (Property & Land) of the Authority at Telephone No. 2588 2182.
This is only an Invitation for submission of responses to Request for Information and should not be treated as an Invitation for Expression of lnterest or an Invitation to Offer or an Offer by the Authority.
